    Servizora Refund & Returns Policy

    At Servizora.com, we strive to connect service providers with customers in a transparent and trustworthy environment. Because our platform facilitates services rather than selling physical goods, our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to clarify how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled. Please read this policy carefully before engaging with any service provider or purchasing a plan on Servizora.

    1. General Overview

      • Servizora.com is an online service marketplace that connects service providers (e.g., plumbers, electricians, tutors, freelancers) with service seekers.
      • Servizora itself does not deliver the services; we provide the platform for discovery, booking, and transactions.
      • Refunds and returns are therefore subject to the nature of the services purchased and the agreement between the service seeker and the provider, with Servizora acting as a facilitator.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may apply under the following circumstances:

    1. Subscription/Listing Plans
      • If you purchase a subscription or listing plan on Servizora and experience technical issues that prevent usage, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
      • Refunds will not be issued for:
      • Change of mind.
      • Expired plans.
      • Non-usage of the plan after activation.
    2. Services Booked via Servizora
      Refunds for services depend on the service provider’s specific terms. However, you may be eligible if:
      • The provider fails to deliver the service.
      • The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed.
      • The provider cancels after payment has been confirmed.
    3. Duplicate Transactions
      • If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service or plan, a full refund will be processed.

    3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

    The following are strictly non-refundable:

      • Completed and satisfactorily delivered services.
      • Promotional or discounted packages.
      • Any fees paid for lead generation, advertising, or featured listings.
      • Payment processing fees (e.g., Paystack/WooCommerce transaction charges).

    4. Cancellations

      • Service Seekers may cancel bookings within the cancellation window set by the provider. Refund eligibility depends on the provider’s policy.
      • Service Providers who cancel confirmed bookings are expected to provide a refund in full to the service seeker. Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension of their Servizora account.
      • Servizora reserves the right to cancel fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious transactions and issue refunds accordingly.

    5. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund:

    1. Log into your Servizora account.
    2. Navigate to Support > Refund Request.
    3. Provide:
      • Transaction ID or invoice number.
      • Reason for refund request.
      • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication with provider).
    4. Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

    Refunds (if approved) are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment processor.

    6. Dispute Resolution

      • If a service seeker and provider cannot resolve an issue directly, Servizora’s Dispute Resolution Team may step in to mediate.
      • Servizora’s decision in disputes is final and binding.
      • Both parties are required to cooperate fully and provide honest information during dispute resolution.

    7. Fraud & Abuse

    Servizora has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent refund claims or abuse of our platform. Accounts involved in fraudulent activities may be:

      • Suspended or permanently banned.
      • Reported to relevant financial institutions and authorities.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    Servizora reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time to reflect:

      • Changes in business practices.
      • Legal or regulatory requirements.
      • User feedback.
